Our Kettle Corn is a popcorn treat cooked in a piping hot, large, open kettle.  We have selected a specially grown corn that, when popped,  the extreme heat of our kettle explodes the kernels into large, puffy, yet crunchy, spheres with little to no kernels left. Cooking in small batches  allows us to turn this caramelizing  process into an "art". The sugar is added when kettle heat has peaked and the kernels are all popped. Our  Kettle Corn is crunchy, sweet, and salty. It  is also an allergy friendly snack and is made in a nut free environment. Standard size bags are 12 cups and fit nicely in our shipping boxes.  Combined with our caramel and cheese flavors for a variety pack.
